Orange Sour Cream Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2.5 cups
Ingredients:
6 ounces can frozen orange juice, concentrate thawed and undiluted
1 package (3.4 oz size) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
Assorted fresh fruits
Directions:
Combine the first three ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until the mixture is well blended. Stir in the sour cream. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with fresh fruit.
