Tasted this for the first time at a Baby Shower over the weekend. I had to get on the internet to get recipe. This just delicious. I will be making this at all my family functions from now on.

I have made this for a couple events and it's always a hit! If you want to make it a day a head leave out the chips until before serving that way they will be crunchy.

My grocery store was out of the toffee bits, so I just crushed up Heath bars & it turned out just as well! I even liked the little bit of chocolate! My kids & husband loved it too.
