Clam and Artichoke Mini-Melts Recipe

Serves/Makes: 20 pcs
Ingredients:
1 pouch (3.53-ounce size) Chicken of the Sea Clams
1 jar (6-ounce size) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onion and celery mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoon sliced chives
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
20 round rye crackers
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine artichoke hearts, clams, and remaining ingredients except crackers; blend well. Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture on crackers and place on cookie sheet. Bake until cheese melts and bubbly (about 3 to 4 minutes). Serve immediately.
