Ingredients:
1 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon almond flavor extract (or cherry, or vanilla)

Directions:

Blend all together.

Store airtight.

For 1 serving: place 2 heaping teaspoons into 6 oz hot water and stir well. Add some whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped almonds if desired.
