ingredients

1 1/2 cup dry nondairy creamer
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee
1 dash salt

directions

Combine the dry creamer, brown sugar, instant coffee, and salt in a food processor or blender. Process until mix is a fine powder.

Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid.

To use: Combine 1/3 cup of the cafe au lait mix with 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Makes one serving.
