After Thanksgiving Turkey Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups cooked rice
3 cups frozen green beans
2 ounces sliced pimentos, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large baking dish, combine rice, green beans, pimentos, onion, and green bell pepper; mix well. Sprinkle turkey over rice mixture in casserole. Mix soup with water and pour over all. Bake casserole, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly browned.
