Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

Blend pumpkin, egg, oil, sugar, sift and baking powder, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add baking soda dissolved in milk. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.

Drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased sheets. Bake at 370 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Bake and freeze.
