INGREDIENTS:

1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can cling peach slices
1 cup sugar
5 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 Unbaked pastry for 9" crust plus
1 lattice top


DIRECTIONS:

Drain peaches thoroughly and arrange in pastry-lined pie pan. Combine one cup sugar with salt, flour and sour cream; spoon over peaches. Blend 2 tablespoons sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over filling. Top with strips of pastry arranged lattice-fashion. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 to 45 minutes longer.
