Pineapple Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups crushed pineapple in juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest -- grated
1 (9 inch) pie shell -- baked
Directions:
Place pineapple in saucepan. In bowl, mix cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Add to pineapple. Cook and stir over low heat until thick. Cool. Add margarine, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix. Turn filling into pie shell. Chill.
