ingredients
4 cups sliced and peeled baking apples
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons flour
ground cinnamon
directions
Place apples in pie shell.
Combine sugar, cream and flour, pour over apples; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce temp to 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until pie is set in center.
Serve warm or cold.
