Potato Candy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound powdered sugar
8 ounces shredded coconut
2/3 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon white corn syrup
Directions:
Combine the powdered sugar, coconut, and mashed potatoes until smooth. Grease a 9 in baking dish. Spread potato mixture in pan.
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, stirring constantly. Stir in the corn syrup. Spread over potato mixture. Chill 2 hours; then cut into squares.
