1/2 cup pineapple, pulp & juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon butter
12 marshmallows
1 cup nuts
directions
Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage. Add butter, remove from heat and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract. Beat until creamy.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased wax paper.
