12 crushed oreo cookies
8 ounces cream cheese
white melting chocolate
Place cookies in a plastic bag and coarsely crush using a rolling pin. Place the cookie chunks into a blender to finely crush.
Place in a bowl with the cream cheese and mix by hand (or with a hand mixer).
When combined, drop by teaspoons onto a cookie sheet and chill.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in the top of a double boiler.
When the cookie balls are chilled, drop into the melted white chocolate to coat. Use a spoon, toothpick, or candy dipping fork to remove them.
If desired you can drizzle coated candy with melted dark or milk chocolate for a two-tone effect.
Let dry on rack lined with waxed paper. Refrigeration is not needed.
