1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
3 tablespoons rum
1/4 teaspoon almond extract


Sift cocoa and confectioners sugar together and combine with cookie crumbs and pecans. Add corn syrup, rum and flavorings. Roll into 1 inch balls, and then roll in granulated sugar. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.

We mixed all of the ingredients together and now have a dry crumb mixture that does not hold together. Help!

Maybe try adding additional corn syrup in small amounts until the mixture can be rolled into balls?
