Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup milk
1 package dry white frosting mix
3 drops peppermint flavoring
food coloring, if desired

Directions:

Melt butter and milk together on HIGH in a covered crockpot. Stir in frosting mix and cook 1-2 minutes longer. Add flavoring and coloring. Turn to LOW and drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
