1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
directions
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend together shortening, sugar and egg.
Combine sifted and blended ingredients.
Add 1 cup of milk. Add berries of choice.
Pour into 12 cup muffin tin.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
