Beer muffins are the perfect treat for any beer lover. Made with biscuit baking mix, sugar, and beer, these muffins melt in your mouth.

ingredients
2 cups biscuit baking mix
2 tablespoons sugar
6 ounces beer, at room temperature
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin.
Combine the baking mix, sugar, and beer in a bowl and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough a few times until it is smooth.
Drop the muffin dough by tablespoons into the greased muffin tin. Place the muffins in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Remove the muffins from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes in the pan then remove the muffins. Serve the muffins warm or place on a wire rack to cool completely. Store the cooled muffins in an airtight container.
