Better Beer Muffins Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1 dozen
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 can (12-oz. size) beer
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt & soda in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil & beer, stir to mix, but do not beat.
Spoon into a well greased 2 3/4-inch muffin tins. Bake in a 350 degree F. oven for 25-30 minutes.
