I have been looking everywhere for this recipe since losing my copy. These cookies are fantastic. Try using Almond extract instead of vanilla it's really yummy.

These were quick and easy and turned out great. They actually started to set as soon as I put them on wax paper which is difficult with choc oatmeal cookies. I'm sending them with my husband to hang out with his friends. I'm sure they will love them too.

This recipe is easy and even if you use low fat peanut butter and skim milk it is still delish!! I keep mine cool in the fridge to maintain shape or they get a little crumbly.

These are very sweet & rich, I would use a little less chocolate next time and more oats!

Easy, not to messy and quick. Also versatile - our oats were not the quick type, so we subbed equal amount granola and coco puffs. Worked great and taste wonderful.
