1 package frozen strawberries, thawed
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Cream butter and sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in egg. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk and yogurt, ending with dry ingredients.
Pour into 8" square cake pan. Spoon berries and juice over top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
