1 package yellow cake mix
1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin orange slices
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil


Combine all ingredients; mix for 2 minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks. When cool, frost top and sides with frosting as desired.
