1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed beef noodle soup
2 soup cans water
1 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
2 tablespoons chopped watercress
4 teaspoons soy sauce
