2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Place the chicken in the crock pot. Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well then pour over the chicken.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Chop or shred the chicken and return to the crock pot. Mix well to coat the chicken in the sauce.

Only thing I do different is to cube the chicken first as it cuts down on the cooking time. I then kind of partially shred it to put on sandwiches. Easy and good and always a hit.

Very Good. My picky eaters even commented on how good it was. I also added 1 tablespoon of mustard and 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke. Printed this recipe for a keeper.
