Serves/Makes:   2.25 cups

  

Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until all ingredients are combined.

Reduce heat to a simmer and let sauce reduce by 1/3 in volume, stirring occasionally.

Bottle into glass and keep in refrigerator for at least 1 day before using on any meat of choice.
