ingredients

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 bananas
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 teaspoons dark rum

directions

Mix the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until completely combined. Place butter mixture in a large skillet over low heat.

Peel the bananas and slice thinly. Add to melted butter in skillet. Heat for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Stir in lime juice and rum until mixed and warm.

Serve sauce warm over ice cream.
