ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 teaspoons cornstarch
2/3 cup fat free evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
In a small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Add milk and cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve the sauce warm or cool.
