Pizza Cake Recipe

Prepare cake according to package directions. Pour the batter into two greased and floured 9" cake pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick near center comes out clean. Cool cakes for 10 minutes then remove from pans. Cool completely.

Place each cake on a 10" serving platter. Combine frosting and food coloring (dark enough to resemble pizza sauce), spread over the top of each cake to within 1/2" of edge.

Sprinkle with grated chocolate to resemble cheese. Unroll the fruit roll-ups. Using a cookie cutter or a sharp knife, cut out circles to resemble pepperoni. Arrange on cakes.

Tip: Freeze white chocolate to make grating easier.
