Easy Yellow Cake Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
1/4 teaspoon Cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 Eggs
Directions:
Heat crockpot on high while preparing ingredients. Combine the flour, cream of tartar, and salt.
Cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour and butter mixtures until just mixed. Place in well greased coffee can. Cover loosely with foil. Place can in crockpot.
Cover; bake for 3 hours on high or until cake tests done. Remove from crockpot and let cool in can on a rack for 10 minutes. Remove from can and let cool completely.
