ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 can (15 ounce size) pumpkin
1/2 cup honey
1 small lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin or apple pie spice or to taste
salt, to taste
directions
Place all in small pot and heat on low, to gradually melt butter. Mix all well. Place in dish and chill well. Use as a spread for scones, biscuits, waffles etc.

This stuff is so good! I can eat it on anything. Try it on grahm crackers or stir it into oatmeal. Perfect for a healthy pumpkin fix!
