6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed 6 large carrots, peeled and sliced 3 pounds beef stew meat 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 3 tablespoons flour 12 ounces frozen pearl onions 1 cup condensed beef broth 8 ounces tomato sauce 1 teaspoon salt
Layer potatoes and carrots on bottom of crockpot, top with the meat. Sprinkle with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and flour. Combine the beef broth and tomato sauce and pour over all. Cover; cook for 5-7 hours on high.
