Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of celery soup
8 ounces sour cream
salt and pepper
1 package ritz crackers, crushed
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1/2 cup margarine, melted
DIRECTIONS:
Mix cooked, shredded chicken together with soups and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers and poppy seeds over mixture and drizzle margarine over the topping. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes. This dish tastes great with white rice.
