Dump Herb Wine Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup Red Wine
2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
2 cloves Crushed Garlic
1/2 Lemon (sliced thinly)
2 tablespoons Minced Parsley
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Basil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
8 pieces Chicken
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in ziplock freezer bag. When ready to cook thaw overnight in fridge. Dump into crockpot in the morning; cover cook on low for 8-10 hours.
