4 boneless chicken breast 1 (8oz.) sour cream 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 1 jar dried beef 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 5 slices crisp bacon (crumbled) 15 saltine crackers, crumbled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Shred dried beef and put in bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish place boneless chicken breast on top of shredded beef in small bowl, mix sour cream and soup ( do not add water to soup) sprinkle bacon pieces and 1/2 of cheese over the chicken and then spread sour cream mixture over it and top with remaining shredded cheese and crumbled saltine crackers. Bake for approx. 35-45 minutes.
