Chicken and Rice Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken breast -- skinned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup rice
1 package Lipton dry onion soup
1 1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
Mx soups, rice and milk. Pour over chicken breasts in casserole dish. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1&1/2 hours.

NOTES : I use 98% fat free soups.
Can also leave the rice out and serve on the side so you can put as much or little sauce on as you would like. If leaving rice out may want to use less milk.
