Chicken Paprika Recipe

Ingredients:
5 pounds chicken pieces
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika
4 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
Water -- Enough To Cover
2 tablespoons Flour
2 cups Sour Cream
Directions:
Add butter, oil, onion, paprika, bouillon and water to a Dutch Oven, heat to boiling. Add chicken. Simmer covered until tender. Remove chicken, then bone and skin the chicken pieces. Add flour to sour cream. Add mixture to chicken. Heat until sour cream is just hot, do not boil.
