***Chicken*** 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 cup plain yogurt 2 tablespoons curry powder 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon garlic powder salt and pepper 1/2 tablespoon lime juice ***Rice*** 2 cups cooked rice 1/2 tablespoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika salt and pepper 1/4 cup margarine 1/2 cup minced onions
For Chicken: Mix together everything except chicken in a bowl. Cover chicken in the mix and let marinade for 30 minutes.
You can grill the chicken after its marinaded or place it in a baking dish that has been sprayed with no stick spray and bake it for approx30-40 minutes on 350 F.
For Rice: Combine onions and margerine in sauce pan on low heat stiring til onions are translucent, add spices and rice combineing well and let cook for a few minutes until everything has melded well. Serve chicken over rice or side by side.
