8 chicken breasts seasoned salt and pepper 4 tablespoons tarragon vinegar 4 teaspoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic 2/3 cup dry sherry
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Place the oil and vinegar into a large skillet over medium heat. Press garlic into oil mixture. Season the chicken with the seasoned salt and pepper. Add to skillet and saute until golden brown. Place chicken in a baking pan. Pour the sherry over the chicken. Bake for 10 minutes at 350F. Delicious served with rice.
