3 pounds chicken, cut up 1 envelope onion mushroom soup 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 cup dry red wine 1/2 cup water 1 can small onions, drained 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Place the chicken in your slow cooker. Mix together all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
