Serious Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
2 sticks butter
5 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup nuts, optional
Directions:
Melt together chocolate and butter (microwave is fine).
Meanwhile beat together at high speed of mixer the eggs, sugar, and vanilla for 10 minutes. Add chocolate to egg mixture, then blend in flour and nuts if using.
Spread in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. Very fudgy!
