Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1 3/4 cup Hot water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray an 8" square baking pan with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add milk, oil and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, cocoa and hot water. Stir well. Pour over batter in pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pan on wire rack. Serve with ice cream.
