Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Martinis

ingredients
1 box (10 ounces) frozen raspberries, thawed and drained but reserve juice
1 tablespoon reserved raspberry juice
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 store-bought brownies, each cut diagonally in half
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
fresh mint leaves for garnish
directions
In a medium bowl, combine the raspberries, the reserved 1 tablespoon liquid, and the whipped topping; mix well.
Spoon the raspberry mousse equally into individual martini glasses.
Place two brownie pieces, points sticking up, into the mousse in each glass.
Drizzle with the chocolate syrup and garnish with the mint leaves.
Serve immediately.

I used raspberry liqueur instead of the juice. The mousse was nice but I had to cut the brownies smaller than directed to fit in the glass and not take over the entire dessert. Minor detail.
