ingredients
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 cup dried blueberries
1 lemon, zested
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler and allow to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, salt, lemon zest, sugar and vanilla. Whisk in chocolate mixture. Fold in flour, then blueberries.
Pour batter into pan, bake for 40 minutes.

I was skeptical, but these brownies were great!! Really buttery and the hint of lemon really adds a great taste. I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet - that is all I had in my cupboard :)
