Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey or chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 kaiser rolls, split, lightly toasted
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons light sour cream

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, and dill. Mix well. Shape poultry mixture into patties about 3/4-inch thick.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook, turning, until brown on both sides, 3 to 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add mushrooms to skillet and continue cooking 4 minutes.

Turn burgers and top each with 1/4 cup cheese. Cover and continue to cook until cheese is melted and burgers are no longer pink inside, 3 to 4 minutes.

Spread rolls with mustard. Place a burger on each bottom half of roll and top with mushrooms and a dollop of sour cream. Place tops on burgers and serve.
