ingredients
10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup instant rice, uncooked
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut up
directions
Bring broccoli and water to full boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese; cover. Let stand 4 to 5 minutes. Stir until cheese is melted.
