1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 milk chocolate pudding mix
2/3 cup Kahlua, coffee liqueur
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup cream
2 tablespoons Kahlua
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Drizzle with icing, garnish as desired.
ICING: Sift powdered sugar into a bowl. Heat cream and add coffee until dissolved. Stir into powdered sugar and add Kahlua, to taste.

I made this cake years ago and people still remember it and ask for it. You put the instant coffee in with icing, not the cake mix. Fantastically rich and scrumptious!

You say add all ingredients in a mixer, but then in the icing prep you utilize the coffee. Is the coffee divided or just used in the icing?

I've been looking for a chocolate bundt cake recipe with kahlua added...thanks hope it works...I'll let you know
