German Chocolate Snack Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package (18.25 ounce) German chocolate cake mix
4 large eggs divided
1/2 cup chopped pecans toasted
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
1 pound package powdered sugar
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese softened
ice cream or whipped topping
Directions:
Stir together cake mix, 1 egg, pecans and butter. Press mixture in to bottom of a lightly greased 13 by 9 inch pan. Beat sugar, cream cheese and remaining 3 eggs at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Spoon powdered sugar mixture over batter in pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and cut in to 2 1/2 to 3 inch squares. Serve with ice cream.
