Frozen Mocha Frostcake Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10
Ingredients:
***Crust***
1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oleo or butter -- melted
***Filling***
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder, DISSOLVED IN
1 teaspoon hot water
1 cup heavy cream -- whipped
chocolate wafer crumbs -- garnish
Directions:
To make crust: combine wafer crumbs, sugar & butter or oleo, mixing together thoroughly. Pack firmly into the bottom & up the sides of a 9" springform pan. Set aside & chill.
To make filling: With an electric mixer on medium speed beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, chocolate syrup & dissolved coffee, mixing well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour filling into chilled crust.
Cover & Freeze for about 6 hours, or until firm. Garnish with chocolate wafer crumbs.
