Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 cup oil
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 cups water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well. Dump into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 35 minutes.
