Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix (a scratch cake won't work as well)
1 small tub Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can butterscotch sundae topping
3 Skor bars (crushed)

Directions:

Bake the cake per the box instructions, either flat in one layer or in a bundt (hole-in-the-middle) pan. Put the cake on a large plate (I use a turkey platter) because this could get messy. When the cake is done and while its still hot, poke it full of holes with a fork. Make lots of holes. Pour the whole can of sweetened condensed milk over the hot cake - it will tend to soak in.

When the cake cools, pour the can of butterscotch sundae filling over the top, spread out the tub of Cool Whip, and top everything with the crushed Skor bars.
