Serves/Makes:   32 bars

  

Ingredients:
1 roll (l8 oz. size) refrigerated white chocolate chunk cookies
1/2 cup honey roasted cashews, chopped
1/2 cup toffee bits
1 teaspoon cinnamon
***Glaze***
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoons milk

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Add all remaining bar ingredients; mix well. Press dough into bottom of ungreased 8 inch square pan.

Bake at 350 for 23 to 27 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 30 minutes

In small bowl, blend all glaze ingredients until smooth, adding enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over bars.

Cool and additional 45 minutes or until completely cooled. Cut into l6 bars. Cut each bar in half diagonally to make triangles.
